Hi, I'm Kayleigh Apicerno and I am wishing everyone health, wealth, and happiness in 2016!

Hi! My name is Kayleigh Apicerno. I wanted to get involved in my community. Little did I know how many opportunities that would lead to.  For 40+ hours each week, I work as the Marketing Coordinator and Receptionist for R.D. Scinto, Inc. in Shelton, CT. My work ranges from event planning for the annual company picnic to creating social media content and blogging.  I also own my own company, Cloud Media Marketing, where I teach small business owners, organizations, and parents about social media and apps. I can breakdown seemingly overwhelming tasks, like managing a Facebook Page, into easy to manage, actionable steps that make it easier to stay on track. And I do it with flair! I have seen people smile when they see my spreadsheets and graphics! None of the above would have been possible without my involvement in my community. About five years ago, I started attending events and then almost immediately joined the board of the Young Emerging Professionals (YEP) (a committee of the Greater Valley Chamber of Commerce). I have served as Secretary, Marketing Committee Chair, and I now serve as Chair.  From my involvement with YEP, I have had the opportunity to participate in Leadership Greater Valley (class of 2013), I was honored in 2014 for Women Making A Difference In The Valley, I have and am currently serving on the Harvest House committee, I have a seat on the Board of Directors for the Greater Valley Chamber of Commerce, I have been a YEP Member Spotlight, along with many other opportunities.

Customer service is a top priority. Kayleigh has built strong working relationships with customers and communicates with them via phone, email, and fax. She consistently produces marketing material including flyers, press releases, and material for the website. She is also a key member of the Safety Committee and also assists the Accounting department.
